Which 2027 Jeep Cherokee Trim Fits Falmouth?
Laredo, Limited or the new Trailhawk: three Cherokee trims, one hybrid 4x4, and the question of which one belongs in a Falmouth driveway.
For most Falmouth drivers, the 2027 Jeep Cherokee Laredo is the trim that fits, and it is on our lot now: heated front seats, remote start and an 8-way power driver seat on the same 210-horsepower hybrid 4x4 that every Cherokee carries. The Limited adds leatherette and a power liftgate, and the new Trailhawk adds trail hardware for sand and ruts.
Starting prices before destination are $38,130 for the Laredo and $40,130 for the Limited, and the Trailhawk at $42,630. MSRP excludes destination freight charge, tax, title, license, dealer fees, and optional equipment. Dealer sets final price.

Where the Laredo Fits
The Laredo is the Cherokee for a cold morning in West Falmouth. It steps up from the $35,130 Cherokee with heated front seats, remote start, an 8-way power driver seat with lumbar adjustment, LED fog lamps, 18-inch wheels and two charge-only USB ports in the second row, and the Trailer Tow Group is available if a small trailer is in your plans. The trims page lays out every step in the lineup.
Where the Limited Fits
The Limited is for the driver who loads the cargo area every day. A power liftgate with adjustable height, Capri leatherette seats, a heated steering wheel, a power passenger seat, a garage door opener and a 115-volt outlet come standard, and the dual-pane panoramic sunroof, the Tech Group and 20-inch wheels are available. Dimensions, towing and cargo figures are on the specs page.
Where the Trailhawk Fits
The Trailhawk is built for soft sand and rutted access roads. Active Drive II adds an electronically locking rear axle and a two-speed power transfer unit with a 37.5:1 crawl ratio, on 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, and steel skid plates protect the front axle, wiring, fuel tank and the hybrid battery. Jeep rates its approach, departure and breakover angles at 28.8, 31.8 and 21.9 degrees and its fording depth at 24 inches. Town and National Seashore beaches that allow driving require permits and close in season, so check the rules before you go.
What Stays the Same on All Three
Every trim has the 1.6L Turbo Hybrid making a combined 210 horsepower and 230 lb-ft, 4x4, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital cluster and the same 3,500-lb tow rating. Jeep backs each one with a 3-year or 36,000-mile basic warranty, a 5-year or 60,000-mile powertrain warranty and an 8-year or 100,000-mile hybrid battery warranty, and the first services are on our Cherokee service page. Fuel economy is rated at 37 mpg combined except on the Trailhawk, listed at fueleconomy.gov. If your trailer weighs more than the Cherokee's 3,500-lb rating, the Grand Cherokee comparison is the next page to read.
Which Trim for Which Driver
The Laredo suits the commuter, the Limited suits the driver who loads the liftgate, and the Trailhawk suits the driver who leaves the pavement.
| If you… | Choose |
|---|---|
| Commute and want a warm cabin on January mornings | The Laredo, on our lot now |
| Carry gear through the liftgate and want leatherette | The Limited |

What Local Drivers Know About This Choice
The town runs from Woods Hole to West Falmouth, and a vehicle here spends its week on the road and its weekend in a beach or harbor lot. The Laredo and Limited are 188.1 inches long, short enough for those lots, and a Laredo is on our lot in Hyannis now. A Trailhawk, by contrast, is the pick when the beach lot is a sand track.
